Nashville Wire decking is custom designed to meet the requirements of not only load capacity, but also for the type of product that will be stored on the decking.

Determine your needs as to pounds per shelf and maximum pounds per square foot and the type of product to be placed on the decking and we will design a deck to meet the applications.

A DESIGN TO FIT PRACTICALLY ANY INSTALLATION

Standard "U" Channel- Designed for 1 1/2" to 1 5/8" deep step beams, our standard channel is made from 11, 12, 13, or 14 Gauge* roll-formed steel to provide the required capacity for your application.
Duo-Fold Channel- This exclusive feature reduces the height of the support channel to fit a step as shallow as 5/8" by forming the ends of the channel into a double fold with ho loss of strength. It replaces plywood and other decking less than 1 1/8" thick. The Duo-Fold channel is made from 12, 13 or 14 Gauge * steel.
Flared Channel- This design is for C-Channel or box beams, or where a combination of beams are used. The ends of the channel are flattened in order to sit on top of the beam. Flared channel is made from 14 Gauge* steel depending on the capacity of the deck, is 1", 1 1/2", or 2" wide.
